Fence repair and new sections, from $350 per section
Most calls are one bad run, not a whole fence. A post rots at the soil line, the panels lean, and the gate stops latching. We dig the old post out, set a new one in concrete, let it cure, and hang the panels back, reusing pickets that are still sound. When a section is past saving, we build a new one to match the rest. Pricing is per section.
A gate that drags on the concrete has sometimes lost the buried end of its hinge post to rot. Wood stays damp down there long after the top dries, and the new post goes back in clear of the dirt.
