Are these reviews real?
Yes, and you do not have to take our word for it. Every card on this page carries a link to the review on the profile it came from, Google or Thumbtack, so you can open the original and check the name, the date and the wording against what we printed.
Why does the page show 237 when you say 309?
309 is the total across both profiles: 66 on Google and 243 on Thumbtack. 237 of them have been copied onto this page. The rest are on the profiles themselves, and the links at the top of the page go straight there.
Do you edit what people write?
The text on each card is the reviewer's own wording, apart from the occasional obvious typo. Nobody here rewrites a sentence, and every card links to the original on Google or Thumbtack, so checking one against the other takes a click.
Why do some reviews show a full date and others only a month?
Because the two platforms record them differently. Thumbtack stamps the exact day, so those cards read like July 11, 2026. Google publishes only the month and the year, so those read like June 2026. When the list is sorted newest first, a month-only review is treated as mid-month.
Where does the 4.9 rating come from?
Straight off our Google and Thumbtack profiles, which both sit at 4.9 today. We're also on Yelp, where we have fewer reviews so far, and you can read every one of them there.
How do I leave a review after you have been out?
The Google and Thumbtack links at the top of this page both go to the profile, and either one takes a review. They matter a lot to a small local business, and we read every one, including the ones that say something we did not want to hear.
