Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on this site ("from $X" and typical ranges) are starting points for common jobs. Your final flat quote is confirmed before work begins, and you approve it before we start. Until then, prices on the site are informational.
Scope of work
We perform minor home repair and maintenance work within the scope permitted for unlicensed handyman services in California. Projects beyond that scope are referred to appropriately licensed contractors.
Scheduling
Appointment windows are estimates. We confirm by text or phone before arrival, and either party may reschedule with reasonable notice.
Satisfaction guarantee
If something isn't right with completed work, contact us promptly and we'll make it right per our satisfaction guarantee.
