Do the flat-pack yourself
Flat-pack furniture is a fair Saturday if you have floor space and a rubber mallet. Exercise equipment, $100–$300, is where people call us at nine at night with a half-built rack and a torn manual. The load on those frames runs through the bolts, and one cam bolt tightened out of sequence twists the frame so nothing after it lines up. Hanging is a different risk. A 65-inch TV on two toggles in plaster comes down with the plaster, and then you own a wall repair, a paint job and a dead TV.
