What happens after you send it
Not a call center, and not a lead marketplace that sells your details on. The person reading your job is the person who prices it.
Usually within the hour during business hours. Anything that lands overnight gets answered when we open, not at six in the morning.
One number for the whole visit, however many small things are on the list. You approve it before any work starts.
Same-week, often next-day across the service area. You get the real window when you book, and a call if anything moves.
What to have ready so the quote is accurate
It settles two things at once: whether you are inside the service area, and which day we can realistically hold.
Drywall, lath and plaster, stucco, tile over backer board, brick. On a TV mount the wall moves the price further than the size of the screen does.
The wide one shows access and what has to be moved. The close one shows the condition: cracks, corrosion, old anchor holes. Send them to info@constructionhub.la.
Screen size and bracket type. Ceiling height, and whether the fan needs a downrod. How many holes the sink deck has. Five minutes with a tape measure beats any description.
A faucet sitting in its box on your counter and a faucet that still has to be chosen are two different visits. Same for fixtures, blinds and closet hardware.
Gate code, front desk, loading dock, a service elevator that has to be booked, HOA quiet hours. In plenty of LA buildings that sets the start time, not our schedule.
None of it is required. Send a line about the job and a phone number and we will work with that. It just means more of the pricing happens at your door instead of on the phone.
Getting in touch: FAQ
Does a quote cost anything?
No. The estimate is free and there is nothing to sign. You see the flat price for the whole visit before any work starts, and if it is not what you expected you say no and that is the end of it.
Do I need to be home?
Someone has to let us in and approve the price before we start, so plan to be there at the beginning of the visit at least. In a condo or a managed building, tell us in advance if a front desk or a building manager handles access instead.
What if the job turns out to be bigger than I described?
You hear it while we are standing there, before anything else happens, and you get the new number then. The quote does not quietly grow on the invoice. Open-ended work that nobody can size up front is billed hourly at $85–$125, and we say so before we start it.
